Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of Shift Supervisors and Security Guards. Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure coverage for all shifts. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate policies, procedures, and any updates. Oversee daily security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Implement and enforce security protocols, including access control, patrols, and emergency response procedures. Monitor and review security camera footage, access logs, and incident reports. Coordinate with the Shift Supervisors to address any issues or incidents that arise during their shifts. Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies, and take appropriate action. Investigate security incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities when necessary. Train and mentor security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and customer service. Ensure all team members are up-to-date with certifications and training requirements. Conduct regular drills and simulations to prepare the team for emergency situations. Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities, incidents, and investigations. Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Security Manager on security operations, incidents, and any areas of concern. Provide recommendations for improving security measures and protocols. Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Assist in internal and external audits related to security operations. Implement corrective actions based on audit findings. Act as the primary point of contact for security matters within the assigned area. Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless security operations. Attend meetings with the Security Manager and other stakeholders to discuss security concerns and updates. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Security-related certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. Proficient in using security systems and technology (e.g., CCTV, access control systems). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
