This revolutionary development aims to redefine urban living, offering residents access to entertainment, retail, healthcare, sports, and education facilities within a 5-minute walk. Each module within The LINE is a unique city infrastructure characterized by towering 500-meter-high concrete cores and hard decks that shape the public realm and transportation platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Module Delivery Director will play a crucial role in the design integration, construction, and commissioning of their assigned module. This role involves complete accountability from the planning stage to delivery and handover. Key responsibilities include:Overall Accountability: Oversee the delivery of a module from design to handover and operation.Team Leadership: Lead a team of senior construction professionals and their support staff to meet demanding schedules.Budget Management: Ensure the design and construction remain within budget.Contractor Management: Manage tier 1, international package, and main contractors to achieve The LINE's objectives.Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of the Phase 1 Modules, ensuring end-to-end responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality.Risk Management: Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks, ensuring the project meets current and future commitments.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of construction, addressing any issues as necessary.Change Control: Lead a robust change control process, maintaining a collaborative work ethic.Skills and Experience RequiredConstruction Management: Extensive experience in managing construction processes, with a solid understanding of all facets of construction.Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of professionals and manage complex projects.Risk and Schedule Management: Ability to process schedule requirements, analyze multi-layered construction schedules, and react to changes.Stakeholder Management: Strong experience in balancing stakeholder expectations with project needs.Analytical Skills: Expertise gathering and synthesizing information to provide relevant data to stakeholders and decision-makers.QualificationsEducation: BS or MS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
