Job ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive testing to ensure functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility.Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.Execute test cases and perform exploratory testing to uncover potential defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to provide timely and valuable feedback on application quality.Participate in design and requirement reviews to contribute insights and ensure testability and quality considerations are addressed early in the development cycle.Report and track defects using bug tracking tools and validate fixes to ensure successful resolution.Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing trends to drive innovation and improve product quality.Company ProfileFounded in 2016, Bllectual specializes in business solutions for niche application areas including Internal Auditing and Fraud Analytics, Continuous Control Monitoring, Compliance, Risk and Audit Management, ERP systems, IT services, support & development, and outsourcing.
