We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team in the petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing process engineering activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and providing technical expertise to support plant operations. This role is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities:Lead and manage process engineering activities for various projects in the petrochemical industry.Provide technical expertise and support to optimize plant operations and troubleshoot process issues.Develop and review process design packages, PFDs, P&IDs, and process simulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, including design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and other safety reviews to identify and mitigate process safety risks.Conduct process optimization studies to improve plant performance, reliability, and efficiency.Support the development and implementation of process engineering standards, best practices, and procedures.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.10+ years' experience as a process engineer in a petrochemical industry at ABS plant (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.Working Hours: 8:00 - 18:00 (Mon/Thurs), 8:00 - 16:00 (Fri)
