SAJMEP aims to provide world-class comfortability and investment in air conditioning, energy-saving, smart control, business, and human protection.We are actively searching for a dedicated MEP Sales Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This exciting hybrid role is based in Riyadh, with the added benefit of remote work flexibility. As an integral member of our organization, the MEP Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling cutting-edge electro-mechanical products and services to our valued clients. In addition to this, the role entails offering technical expertise and support, as well as cultivating enduring client relationships. A key component of the position involves proactively identifying fresh business prospects, formulating effective sales strategies, and proficiently delivering technical presentations to clients.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Product Expertise: The MEP Sales Engineer will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of electro-mechanical products and services to effectively engage clients. Through persuasive communication and a deep understanding of our offerings, the engineer will drive successful sales outcomes.Technical Guidance and Support: Providing clients with accurate and insightful technical guidance will be a core aspect of this role. The MEP Sales Engineer will serve as a dependable resource, offering expert advice and ensuring that clients' specific needs are met with precision.Relationship Building: Cultivating enduring client relationships is paramount to our success. The engineer will engage with clients in a personable and professional manner, fostering trust and loyalty. This approach will not only facilitate current sales but also lay the foundation for future opportunities.Business Development: The MEP Sales Engineer will actively seek out and assess new business prospects. By staying attuned to market trends and client demands, the engineer will identify potential avenues for growth and expansion.Sales Strategy Formulation: Crafting effective sales strategies tailored to specific client needs and market dynamics will be a crucial responsibility. This involves a strategic approach to positioning our products and services in a way that maximizes their value for clients.Technical Presentations: The engineer will prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our electro-mechanical solutions. These presentations will serve as a platform to highlight the superior quality and effectiveness of our offerings.Qualifications:A background in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the MEP industry.Strong technical aptitude and a comprehensive understanding of electro-mechanical products and services.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.Must Have:Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP sales, preferably in the construction industry.Detailed knowledge of electro-mechanical products and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Reside in Riyadh for at least 3 years.Transferable iqama.Driver's license.Nice to Have:Marketing knowledge.Strategic thinking.Strong analytical skills.What's Great in the Job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture.No waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomy.Expand your knowledge of various business industries.Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast-evolving company.
