Design Coordinator - 10562 Design Coordinator required for one of Irelands largest contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Dublin. As a vital part of the design team, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of all design-related information necessary for on-site project execution. Responsibilities: Ensure design adheres to health & safety, environmental, and quality standards. Contribute to selecting design sub-contractors. Help procurement finalise long lead items per project schedule. Verify Employers Requirements/Cost Proposal compatibility with CM/QS. Chair and document design meetings, ensuring program alignment. Coordinate with manufacturing and site teams for robust, buildable details. Liaise with the M&E Coordination to ensure compatibility of building and services. Requirements Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Services would be advantageous. 4 years+ experience in a similar role. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Experience of site/contract procedures would be an advantage. Understanding of Building Regulations and Planning Permission procedures.
