Overview PM Group is a leading International project delivery firm, with a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US. Our multi-discipline team comprises of 3,500+ people delivering complex, capital projects in sectors such as datacentres, life sciences, food, advanced manufacturing and energy. We have an established CxA service and to support further growth and expansion, PM Group is looking to appoint an experienced Commissioning (Cx) Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our CxA service and capability while collaborating with our existing delivery teams and customers to enhance and develop our overall CxA service delivery. The successful candidate will provide Cx oversight and direction to CxA growth, engage with existing clients, develop new client relationships, and help deliver proposals across the PM Group network of offices. This full time (hybrid) role will report to Group Head of CQV/Cx and may be based in any of our European offices with potential travel requirements to other offices and sites locally and internationally. Responsibilities Work with the Sector, Service and Operations Managers to develop and lead the Cx strategy objectives to drive key areas for growth and expansion of the CxA business Identify and Build relationships with new and existing Clients that provide a pipeline of prospects / opportunities, across EMEA Attend bid or proposal interviews with Sector Leads Manage the delivery of winning CxA and CxM proposals, and lead and participate in pitches to clients Provide management & oversight to the CxA group to ensure consistent delivery across the group Represent PM Group at networking events and conferences Qualifications Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Extensive Business Development experience with at least some of this working directly within the DC field Previous Business development experience is essential Knowledge of BIM 360, Cx Alloy, BIM 360 Field and other commissioning software would be an advantage A dynamic professional with a desire to drive the growing business. Track record of building successful client relationships and winning work Comfortable representing PM Group and dealing with multi-national clients. Strong Communications skills Travel maybe required across Europe (Monday - Friday) with long haul travel an occasional requirement The successful candidate will report to the Group Head of CQV/Cx.
