Job Title Quality Assurance Technician Job Location NorthCo. Dublin Salary €40K - €50K About the Company: Are you an experienced individual within the food Manufacturing sector as a Quality Technician? Out client is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technician to support the Quality Manager and Technical Management function within the business. The successful candidate will work within the Quality Team to ensure that day to day production operations is conducted in a quality focused way. This will involve meeting deadlines and ensuring both Food Safety and Customer Quality standards are maintained Duties Involve: Ensure food products are prepared, portioned, and packed according to standards and specifications. Implement corrective actions for non-conformances, identify root causes, and establish preventive measures. Conduct and oversee testing of raw materials and finished products. Perform regular calibration and validation of equipment and processes critical to product safety. Oversee cleaning processes, perform environmental swabbing, and conduct internal audits. Ensure temperature compliance in all factory areas, storage, and transport. Monitor all factory procedures to ensure they meet standards and legislative requirements. Skills Required: 3rd Level Qualifications in Food related discipline or 2+ years experience as a QA Manager in FMCG Environment. HACCP preferred. Highly competent in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint An interest in technical aspects of engineering standards. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
