Packaging Labourer

We currently require a committed and reliable Packaging Labourer to join a well regarded cardboard packaging company in Wigram.  The opportunity: This role will see you carrying out a range of tasks and duties that will include but not be limited to:

• Machine operation
• Quality checks to ensure work meets quality standards
• Moving material throughout the factory (10-15KG+)
• Assisting the manufacturing department as required

The skills: To be successful in this role you will require skills and core competencies in

• Mechanically minded
• Physically fit for the lifting and being on your feet all day
• Follow instruction from the Team Lead

Normal hours of work for this position will be 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday with no expectation to work OT.  To be clear, this role  WILL NOT suit someone looking for a short term job, the client wants someone they can make Permanent and will put time and energy in to training you therefore will not accept applicants who are looking for a short term role.
