Job Description Accountabilities:

1. Disinfects clinical surfaces and equipment at the beginning of the day and after each patient.
2. Greets patient to the examination room.
3. Takes and documents medical history from patient.
4. Screens patients for the risk of fall, nutritional deficiency, functional risk.
5. Takes and documents vital signs.
6. Triage patients at the emergency room to categorize their emergency status.
7. Performs minor wound dressings.
8. Monitors patients under observation.
9. Prepares and administers intramuscular and intravenous medications under aseptic conditions.
10. Escorts patients in ambulance.
11. Ensures patients’ dignity during examinations and procedures.
12. Assists physicians in performing patients’ examinations and procedures.
13. Closely follows infection control guidelines for managing patients and their body fluids.
14. Withdraws blood from patients for laboratory investigations in the emergency room.
15. Performs point of care tests.
16. Brings used instruments to the dirty utility rooms.
17. Monitors stocks of consumable material to ensure an uninterrupted supply.
18. Keeps an inventory of medical equipment.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need. Position Relationship with Other Parties: Internal Relationships:

3. Working Days: 6 Working Days
4. Days off: 1 Day Off
5. Working Hours: 9 AM to 1 PM and from 5 PM to 9 PM with 4 hours break (1 PM to 5 PM)

Job Requirements: Education: BSc. In nursing from a recognized nursing college. Experience: 2 years of clinical experience following the degree. Computer Skills: Healthcare Information System. Languages: English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing). #J-18808-Ljbffr
