Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily billing to ensure 100% billing timely.
- Preparing, checking and verifying sales orders in accordance with company guidelines & procedures.
- Verification of accounting documents such as journal vouchers, sales order entries, and GL reconciliation reports.
- Carry out assigned accounting/admin duties – deposit & Annual Service Maintenance Contract management.
- Ensure professionalism in handling customer inquiries – internal & external.
- Able to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Perform any other duties as required by the immediate Superior from time to time.
- Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Must have good communication and analytical skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in basic accounting entries will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful and highly motivated.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and communicate with all levels in an organization.
