This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from overseeing workflow and compliance to managing budgets and customer relationships. A skilled Operations Manager ensures that all departments work cohesively, fostering a collaborative environment that boosts efficiency and morale. They also play a crucial role in strategic planning, contributing to the long-term growth and stability of the company. We at Apex Capital are in search of such a candidate to join our team.Benefits:Monthly salary between AED 12K-AED 15KEmployment Visa & medical coverCandidate Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience as an operations manager managing a team.Strong blend of technical and soft skills including, project management, compliance, and technology integration.
