- Generate leads by making outbound calls. Introduce our product/services and persuade them to make a purchase.- Respond to inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing product information while assisting in resolving any issues or concerns.- Achieve sales targets and objectives by following provided scripts and strategies.- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers, keep records of interactions, and update customer service.- Nurture long-term customer relationships.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and new market trends.- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines while conducting sales.- Keep track of daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and report sales metrics to the management team.
