Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering anesthesia to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to pediatric patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments to evaluate the medical history and condition of pediatric patients.
Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures and adjust as necessary.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluate patients during their recovery.
Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process and postoperative care.
Stay updated on advancements in pediatric anesthesia and participate in continuing education.
Requirements:
Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology, with a fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology preferred.
Valid medical license to practice in Dubai (or eligibility for licensure).
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pediatric anesthesia.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety of pediatric patients.
