Job details
The main tasks:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels to minimize the lost sales due to availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices.
Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to meet customer demands on time.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of the supply chain.
The responsibilities:
Inventory levels and analyze data to achieve a high level of shelf availability.
Inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines and policy.
Critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct items are in place with sufficient quantity.
Updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers between branches.
Implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
The purchase order and process on time.
Submit all reports required to enhance the inventory and supply chain management.
The HSE rules and the high level of KPIs to match the company objectives.
Job requirements:
A degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
Years of experience in the field of commercial and automotive parts.
Familiarity with ERP systems or similar.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbal and written.
