Here at Noel O'Loughlin Insurance Services we are looking for an Administrator/Insurance Admin. The successful candidate will have the option to progress in the company to QFA/APA/CIP Responsibilities: Customer Service duties on the telephone Inputting data from written records on to online systems General Administration Filing and keeping paper work tidy within the office Calling customers and other 3rd parties following up on documentation queries Managing inboxes, ensuring all requests are processed, distributed and answered in a timely manner Requirements: Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work well in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask & prioritise queries Candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and have a passion for Customer Service while enjoying a role where they can multitask and work in different duties each day What you will get in return Salary €35,000+ (negotiable for the right candidate) Continued training and job prosperity.
