Job ResponsibilitiesIs a team leader responsible for Senior BEs and 2-3 BEs working under him.Ensures team members achieve 100% targets set.Guides the team in prospecting for areas, tells them how to collect client data and trains his team regarding the product and sales.Closes deals that are maturing, bargains and handles critical cases, gets payments from clients who aren't paying.Motivates his team and forwards their concerns to management.Ensures good performance of his team members and rectifies their lacking; if this doesn't work out, he notifies the same to management so they can handle the rectification.Visits senior people from client side like CEOs of client companies.Involved in project selling.Job SpecificationStrong communication skillsPersistent personalityShould have own bike/carKnowledge of assigned territoryPrior experience of Corporate Sale & IT/Electronics products would be a plus point.Information Technology and Services - Karachi, PakistanAbout UsLimton is the pioneer in Time and Attendance Management and Access Control Systems in Pakistan.
