Production and Planning Manager - Garments
Job details
Manage the activities of product and follow established procedures and approved processes.Supervise all production operations such as machining, processing, and assembly.Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver manufactured products in a timely fashion.Supervise all the unit employees.Participate in Production decisions concerning new product lines.Use product specifications and release dates to determine product costs and resource needs.Coordinate the Production aspects of the Product, including Production/Art schedules and milestones with the Brand team.Establish and maintain the Production/Art schedule for each product to meet established release dates, as well as document and improve the Production product development process.In collaboration with Brand/Marketing, ensure print run schedules are established early and executed in a timely manner.Responsible for Production related communication flow and coordination between all resources committed to each product.Responsible for the overall quality of all printed materials for one brand team.Job SpecificationProduction and Planning Experience of Garment Industry.Must be Graduate.Able to build and handle a team efficiently.Independently run and control all aspects of production from cutting to packing.Make, implement, and maintain a quality system ensuring efficient production.Setting and meeting shipment deadlines.Should have knowledge of fabric and its behavior.Manage third party inspections.Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan.About UsGreetings, let me have the pleasure to introduce ourselves.
