Role Summary

Researches, develops, plans, designs, maintains and implements policies and programs that enhance the organization's relations with the community, the public, government and regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees Responsibilities are within the Corporate Affairs/Communications Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

What's On Your Plate?

Communications:

- Execute the communication strategy by aligning with the regional team and the assigned media agency.- Draft all Internal and external communication of the company this include Press releases, media statements, answer media inquiries to promote a positive public image and increase visibility.(various audiences such as media, policy makers, stakeholders and general public- Create engagement content for different social media platforms for example linkedIn, Instagram.- Plan media and customers engagement activities for example workshops, events and press conferences- Adhere to the company 's style and tone ensuring the production of high quality and error free content.- Build long term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders, journalists and key external role players.- Coordinate with Marketing team to produce creatives assets for the department projects- Work with different teams to brainstorm ideas to create content opportunities and determine worthy stories- Leverage analytics and reports to determine effectiveness of campaigns and seek continuous improvement of initiatives

Public Affairs:

- Identify and anticipate potential risks and opportunities for the company- Gather information from multiple sources such as reports, survey, statistics and laws and report findings in a clear and concise manner.- Build relationships with government entities and work as advocate for the company's best interest.- Work to bridge the gap between the company and government entities and business community.

Sustainability & CSR- A passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability to ensure company positive impact on local communities and environment.- Seek partnership and cooperation with different entities to execute sustainability projects- Build relationship with charities and education entities- Assist in creating awareness materials to support the company 's sustainable goals- Promote employees volunteering initiatives

What Did We Order?- Bachelor degree in communications, journalism- A minimum of 2 years experience in communications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)- Work well under pressure and meets deadlines and attention to detail- Highly creative skills ( presentation, graphs, designing photo and video editing)- Creative writing, Problem solving, analytical thinking- Knowledge of digital / online/ social media strategy, audience management and analytics- Keep track of fast paced markets and be knowledgeable about the company stakeholder
