Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

**About the role**
Other operational duties would include:
- Deliver coordination and administrative support to the Global Talent Acquisition Team
- Ensure that all the information is tracked and logged in the appropriate systems
- Ensure to follow the SOP's of the Offer processing team and follow the SLA's to meet the business requirements
- In line with company policy, ensure that all mandatory offer-related documentation has been obtained, and that all necessary approvals have been acquired.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for document and data collection
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Talent Acquisition Operations Team.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment
Preferred
- Experience in a large scale shared services, corporate environment or a high volume customer service environment
- Middle East work experience
- Experience managing own tasks, priorities and workload without heavy oversight
