Job details
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Manpower Invoice Submission-Online Submission and coordinating with project in charges for direct submission.
Ø Report Preparation
- Weekly preparation of manpower invoice submission report and Mobilization/Demobilization report.
Ø HRMS Updation
- Employee profile creation & updation, Leave updation, Demobilization of employees and documents updation in HRMS.
Ø Addition and deletion of employees in our existing Workmen Compensation Policy.
Ø Preparation of several letters and Certificates like
- Salary certificate, experience certificate, quotations etc..
Ø Taking salary confirmation from several clients whose timesheets are not available.
Ø Timely submission of timesheets from different clients for invoice preparation.
Ø Food Allowance preparation for invoice.
Ø Coordination for Salary preparation
Ø Taking over of job responsibility other than salary preparation while the HR is on leave.
Qualification:
Bachelors/MBA - HR or Business preferred
