Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Supervisor to join our team. The MEP Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing fixtures, and fire protection systems.

- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify issues, assess their severity, and prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks.

- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for MEP systems to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

- Coordinate with internal maintenance staff, external contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance and repair work.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards in the maintenance and operation of MEP systems.

- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff, facilitating training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.

- Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance and operations.

- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and Arabic is a plus.

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

- Valid Qatar driving license.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
