We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist, with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist in Retail, F&B outlets and Restaurants, holding a Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or any related field. Holding a valid Qatar ID and able to provide NOC to join our company located at Doha, Qatar.

Summary: A Talent Acquisition Specialist is in charge of implementing the full-cycle of recruitment which includes coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, design job descriptions and interview questions as per the requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Human Resources Director to identify staffing needs and the selection criteria, and determine whether there are suitable internal available resources to fill the vacant positions to facilitate a culture of internal transfers, job rotations, employee retention, talent development, and also for available personnel getting chosen for promotions.

Assist in developing annual recruitment plans to outline the most appropriate strategies and approaches to identify and select high caliber talent into required roles in a timely manner.

Design job descriptions and interview questions that will reflect the quality of candidates needed for the jobs.

Source potential candidates through online channels and ensure to match the qualifications required for the respective vacancy.

Develop and maintain professional relations with local, regional and international recruitment agencies to ensure that the right caliber professionals are attracted and selected.

Handle all communications with the recruitment agencies and candidates during the screening process.

Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, Offer Letters and documents required prior to hiring are in order and completed according to the required standards established for the selection of the right candidate.

Responsible for maintaining the Recruitment Tracker and candidates' database.

Plan the interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and proper coordination with the Department Head and the Senior Management.

Support in ensuring proper background and employment verification of candidates as per the company guidelines.

Support in issuing the Job Offer/ Rejection Letters and in negotiations with the candidates, and facilitate the successful recruitment execution.

Responsible for providing basic information to the candidate regarding the company and the job requirement and request the necessary information by completing the Candidate Questionnaire Form.

Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by coordinating with the Department Head.

Foster long-term relationship with the manpower agencies and applicants.

Skills:

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Familiarity with social media, CV database and professional networks.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Ability to understand the requirements correctly and proactive with good time management skills.

Should be computer literate with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
