Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant

You will be working remotely with a team of consultants, developers, and admins. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. Additionally, you will have a flexible attitude, creativity and imagination. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as attention to detail, are key. The ability to work individually or within a team to meet tight deadlines is also essential. An ideal candidate takes professional pride in their work, producing high quality solutions that always delight the customer. High quality solutions include adhering to Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, delivering user-friendly interfaces, and thoroughly testing all functionalities to meet client needs. Responsibilities

• Successfully complete systems configuration
• Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents as well as project outcomes and quality
• Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Communicate project status to project manager, and elevate project concerns to appropriately
• Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements as well as client expectations
• Demonstrate understanding of how various issues affect the overall outcome of projects
• Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with team and consistently deliver high-quality services
• Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results
• Track and report project status to team lead and project manager
• Prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Identify issues, discuss resolution with team
• Ensure delivery quality delights the client

Skills

• Functional Salesforce Administration activities
• Object configuration, fields, layouts, lightning record page layout
• Automation using Flow
• Configuration of Salesforce specific clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc, based on your experience and certifications
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions
• Logical thinking
• Ability to translate process diagrams into working processes in Salesforce

Experience

• Salesforce project delivery (> 3 years)

Qualifications

• Multiple Salesforce consultant certifications
• Education: Degree level (or equivalent experience)
