Description This role supports front-end customer managers, focusing on coordinating institutional client needs, exploring demands, assisting with front-end tasks, and maintaining daily client relationships. Location: Hong Kong Job Responsibilities
- Implement the onboarding of expanded clients by front-end customer managers.
- Organize client information, manage CRM systems, document client records, and analyze regional BD data.
- Serve as the primary daily contact for global client rights private exclusive customer service, addressing daily client needs.
- Liaise with internal company departments, gather regional competitor dynamics and user product requirements, and provide progress updates to R&D departments.
- Manage the client lifecycle, monitor daily client churn, and drive front-end recall efforts.
- Conduct regular customer care with front-end customer managers, customize gifts, holiday greetings, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare and follow up on business negotiation contracts and related matters.
- Background in finance, economics, management, familiar with the Web3.0 industry. Candidates with high net worth business experience in financial institutions and no experience in the Crypto industry may have relaxed conditions. Outstanding fresh graduates will be considered.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, practical, strong execution and learning abilities, strong teamwork skills.
- Overseas study or work experience, fluent in written and spoken English, with a global perspective.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with traditional finance and Crypto trading is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of asset management and financial risk control legal awareness preferred.
