Responsibilities:
- Drive regular customer analytics for banking products and services; collect market information, deep dive market trends and grasp the market pulse. Integrate customers and markets insight, plan and strategize customer segment management, marketing promotion strategies and programs to strengthen new customers acquisition and customer portfolio management
- Regularly conduct customer behavior and business analysis of each customer segment, by using of various data mining and statistical models and other analysis tools, to provide important insight on changes and opportunities
- According to customer needs, establish and manage the product portfolio, pricing strategy, and service content of each customer segment, and optimize and deepen service quality
- Analyze and review various promotion plans and activities to improve the effectiveness of future projects
- Collaborate with internal parties and stakeholders, maintain good communications and drive channel and business performance studies, to monitor and accelerate progress of achieving business targets
- In line with the development direction of the bank, proactively propose effective and timely proposals and review them from time to time to achieve business goals
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines
- 8 years or above experience in financial industry
- A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation and committed with good business sense and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Access
- Less experience will be considered as Segment Management Manager
