CLIENT BACKGROUND Our client is a leading Private Bank. We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the team. JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Facilitate and oversee the Private Bank Support team to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective business risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance and risk assessments.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Private Bank.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related sector.
- Proven track record in team leadership and project management.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
