About The Job: Our client, a reputable and high-profile enterprise, is currently seeking askilled Project Management Officer (1-Year Contract, Extend/Perm) to support their project team on a large-scale HR Transformation Programme. Responsibilities:
- Arranging and scheduling of meetings and workshops liaising with various stakeholders
- Provide support to senior project manager with administrative and project-related duties
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation
- Proactively manage foreseen project risks and mitigate issues as they arise
- Maintain frequent and detailed communication with team and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
- Other ad-hoc tasks are required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Bachelor's degree graduate
