- Develop and demonstrate expertise in data center infrastructure elements, including cooling, power, racks, cabling, and security.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of product lines and tools, collaborating with sales teams to tailor solutions that meet precise client needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and project success.
- Conduct detailed site assessments, oversee product delivery, and ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
- Participate in marketing and business development activities, contributing to the company’s growth and market presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences (Electrical or Mechanical) or a related field, complemented by 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong familiarity with industry standards and construction processes, coupled with a proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, comfortable in both lead and collaborative roles.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and AutoCad 2D; knowledge of 3D modeling in Revit is a plus.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, with a drive to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality, competitive solutions.
- Valid Driver’s License and the flexibility to work from home, accommodating a balanced work-life integration.
- Competitive salary range of $80-100k annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
