Finance - Senior Executive

Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting) Employment Type: Full time

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including P&L, variance analysis, and balance sheet, to monitor project performance.
• Accounting Management: Oversee all banking transactions, accounting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Financial Strategy: Proactively develop and implement business processes and policies to optimize operational efficiency and control.
• External Relations: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professionals to maintain compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a professional accounting designation (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, or equivalent).
• Skills: Strong tax knowledge, result-orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of IFCA and SQL is a plus.
