In the Customer Development function, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking value and fostering lasting relationships with our customers.   1. Review, own and analyze Traditional Trade channels data lake through rigor data hygiene and correct flow of information to Customer Business Development to drive business winning strategies.
  2. Utilize data-driven strategies to enhance sales processes and drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  4. Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, distributors, and sales networks.
  5. Establish and nurture strong relationships with strategic/local/regional partners to maximize collaboration and effectiveness.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of channel strategies.
  7. Implement measures to ensure channel partner compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  8. Plan and implement Marketing/Trade Marketing Agendas through the right planning tools & flawless execution.
  9. Develop the Channel Portfolio and Assortment for Traditional Trade Channels along with Customer Strategy Plan, Marketing and Customer Business Development Departments.
What You Need to Succeed Experiences & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
  2. 5+ years experience in Business Development, Sales or Shopper Marketing including 2+ years experience in Traditional Trade Sales Experience.
