1:1 LSA (Learning Support Assistant) - Oct 2024 - The English School, Kuwait

We are seeking to appoint a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding role in which the successful candidate will be employed by the parent to work directly with a TES pupil under the guidance of teaching staff and the SEND Coordinator. 1:1 support is designed to ensure that a pupil's needs are met, providing them with the necessary tools to concentrate and complete tasks assigned to them. Please note that the final employment agreement will be between the pupil’s parents and the appointed LSA and working hours may vary month to month. The successful candidate will:

• be highly motivated and organised
• have good team working skills and able to use own initiative
• have experience with working with children
• be a native English speaker
• be patient
• be trustworthy and confidential

Please note that the candidate should already be residing in Kuwait. Applications may be submitted until Tuesday 15th October. The successful candidate will need to be available to start work on Sunday 27th October.
