Job Summary And PurposeCoordinate the loan administration activities towards achieving full compliance with loan agreements, in terms of analyzing and updating loan financial models; ensuring KYC requirements of the lenders are met; troubleshooting debt administration SAP TRM; coordinating with Banks on online access issues; working with other functions on loan documentation and financing matters.Accountabilities Key Accountabilities:Compliance:Monitor and ensure accuracy of all relevant certificates, notices, workings, lender's records, regulatory updates submitted to the concerned third party as per the loan agreement of NAKILAT and its joint venture companies/subsidiaries.Review and ensure submission of vessels related documentation in accordance with loan agreements.Review and analyze all documentation obtained from banks, suppliers, agents, and trustees and ensure compliance with financing agreements, swap agreements, and other financing documentation.Prepare cash waterfall (OPEX and other inter-account transfer) schedule in accordance with loan agreements.Payment Processing:Prepare payment instructions for manual or online payments to all third parties and inter-account transfers and ensure that all instructions related to payments are properly executed.Ensure smooth operations of online payment approval system by acting as a coordinator between banks and Nakilat authorized signatories.Work closely with Finance function to identify and resolve bank reconciliation matters and handle issues with various banks regarding items not reconciled or requiring further action.Manage Bank Accounts:Monitor the bank accounts of the company and act immediately on any unauthorized debits or credits to/from accounts.Analyze online payment SWIFT records for suppliers, correspondent banks, or finance team, and discuss the same with banks to present needed information and records.Prepare and compile bank documentation and internal authorities required for the addition of and modification to the list of authorized signatories/internet banking users.Update Financial Models:Regularly update financial models related to cash position, debt service position, cash flow forecast, etc., to accurately reflect the company's position.Liaising:Liaise with swap banks and debt counterparties for the submission of accurate swap interest due notices, retention deposits and schedules, agency fees, and other clarifications as required.Collate approximate rates and secure the highest possible interest rate for funds deposited by the organization according to the "permitted investment" clause in the loan agreement.Coordinate with other departments regarding the documents needed to fulfill KYC requirements.Manage cash position:Prepare cash position reports from the organization's bank accounts for use in the general accounts report.Generic Accountabilities:Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE):Adhere to all relevant QHSE policies, procedures, instructions, and controls to ensure NAKILAT provides safe, world-class, secure, and environmentally responsible service.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:Follow all relevant divisional policies and procedures to carry out work in a controlled and consistent manner.Others:Resolve operational issues related to Nakilat's banking activity.Carry out any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.Competencies:Achievement Oriented - SpecialistSolution Oriented - BasicTreasury Operations - PractitionerKey Result Areas:Liaise with swap banks, debt counterparties, and other departments as required.Effectively coordinate and manage communications with banks for activities pertaining to the monthly closing cycle of Finance, including bank account reconciliations.Maintain and update SAP TRM with all supporting documentation and internal models for financing and loan administration activities.Ensure that all relevant certificates and financial statements are submitted to the concerned third party as per the loan agreement.Prepare payment instructions for manual and online payments.Prepare and analyze cash and debt position reports of the organization for use in the general accounts report.Interactions and Working Relations:Internal:Senior Management Team and key Managers of different departments.Legal Division and Senior counsels.Supply Manager and Supply Department IT Department for SAP requirements, internet banking online access, and to solve other issues for efficient functioning.External:Banks and Financial Institutions.Security Trustees, Loan and Bond Facility Agents, JV Partners, and potential partners.External Auditors and Consultants.External Financing Counsel and Law Firms.Qualifications, Experience And Job Skills:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree - Preferably in finance/economics or any related field.Experience:3 - 6 years of experience in a similar role in a large-scale loan administration function.Job Specific Skills:Understanding of financing documentation and process, SAP, banking online systems, as well as accounting and financing.Knowledge of bank reconciliation, payment troubleshooting, covenant reporting, and loan administration.Understanding and proficient use of legal terminology related to financing and loans used in financing and loan documentation.Proficient in the use of the Bloomberg Terminal.Knowledge of valuation of swaps, bonds, debt, and other capital market instruments.Computer proficiency involving advanced-level use of spreadsheets MS Excel; presentation and graph packages.Loans Administration OfficerDepartment: TreasuryCity: 1101Job Segment: ERP, QA, Quality Assurance, SAP, Supply, Technology, Quality, OperationsApply now
