Join our motivated and vibrant team as Talent & Culture Coordinator and build your career with us.Job DescriptionAssist the T&C team in any administrative tasks they might require assistance for.Keep calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules.Establish and maintain various filing/records/database of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.Communicate in a professional, positive and courteous manner at all times with all levels of internal and external customers.Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.Arrange for various meetings, take minutes as well as any management meeting as they arise and draft minutes of meeting to be circulated.Support the L&D section with trackers, posters, and recognition programs.QualificationsBachelor's Degree at least in a related discipline an asset.Previous administration or human resources experience required or minimum 1 year in a similar role.Highly organized, good computer skills and fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Arabic.Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.Previous experience with L&D is required.
