Position Title: Manager - Infrastructure / Support.Department: Corporate Services Division - Information TechnologyLocation: QatarJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Are you a seasoned IT professional with strong experience in infrastructure management and support? We are seeking a Manager - Infrastructure / Support to join our dynamic team within the Corporate Services Division at the Regulatory Authority (RA). In this role, you will lead a team of IT specialists to maintain and enhance a world-class IT environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and supporting essential business functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the IT infrastructure/support team.Provide technical expertise and guidance for key business/IT initiatives.Manage IT infrastructure, including data security and network integrity.Capacity planning, incident response, and system remediation.Support levels 2 and 3 IT services for problem resolution.Coordinate with outsourced vendors and manage third-party support.Establish and maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).Ensure seamless integration of systems and services within the RA's ecosystem, including Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud services.Language Preference:Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.What You Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.7+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, network management, and project management.Expertise in managing cross-divisional projects and outsourced IT services.Proficiency in Linux systems, Kubernetes/Docker, and Azure/Google Cloud environments.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Leadership Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in business IT solutions and service delivery.Ability to coach and develop employees while supporting nationalization strategies.How to Apply:Please complete this Google form honestly to help us better assess your qualifications.Google Form Link: https://forms.gle/JgiwHtyxi9TbTtvu8Send your resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications to hr10@madre-me.com or WhatsApp 974 30111048 with the subject line 'Manager - Infrastructure / Support'.
