This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive the SEO strategy for MyArtBroker, enhancing our visibility and reach in the competitive art market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO, a deep understanding of search now, and the new factors such as AI, video and social affecting trends.MyArtBroker has grown from huge success in organic search to become the world's largest platform for prints and editions. We are now growing our pioneering technology and communications platform dedicated to connecting art buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and future-proof experience for all our users. Our extraordinary ambitious team is at the heart of this mission, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of our business.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement SEO Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive conversions.Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities, optimize on-page content, and guide content creation teams.Technical SEO: Execute technical SEO audits and improvements, including site architecture, crawlability, mobile optimization, and site speed.Content Strategy: Collaborate heavily with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content creation.Performance Analysis: Own reporting on traffic for the business by monitoring, analysing, and obsessing over SEO performance. Provide actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals and ensure seamless implementation of SEO strategies.Success in this role will be in the delivery and execution of the following KPIs:Organic Traffic Growth: Targeted % increase in organic traffic over the next 6 months in key new revenue areas.Keyword Rankings: Marked improvement in keyword rankings for targeted terms.Conversion Rate: % increase of organic visitors who complete desired actions (e.g. conversion to ticket, download of report, creation of contact).Backlink Profile: % Increase in the number and quality of backlinks to the site specifically geared towards our new Directory product.Content Performance: Delivering on a consistent ROI reporting of the performance of SEO-driven content in terms of engagement and search rankings.Technical SEO Health: Regularly audit and improve technical SEO aspects of the site.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of driving organic growth.Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and implement data-driven strategies.Excellent understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization techniques.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.A passion for the art industry is a plus.How to Apply:If you are a passionate and driven SEO professional looking to make a significant impact in the art world, we would love to hear from you.
