WE ARE ONE OF THE LEADING GLOBAL EXPERT NETWORKS The Opportunity As a Survey Programmer, you will be part of a global team responsible for successfully managing survey projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: The Role:
Reviewing survey questionnaires for quality, compliance, and best practices
Accurately assessing the time required to program a questionnaire
Programming surveys into survey platforms like Qualtrics, Decipher
Testing surveys to ensure all programming instructions, logic, and flow have been implemented
Teaching, training, and mentoring new hires on programming and other technical skills
Creating charts and dashboards will be considered an advantage
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related subject area
Some experience programming within a major Survey Programming Platform (i.e., Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.).
Knowledge and application of relevant programming languages (i.e., JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.) would be a plus.
Strong problem-solving ability, especially as it relates to navigating programming complications.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high throughput, deadline-driven environment.
Team player, comfortable contributing in a team environment.
Ability to work both independently and in a team;
Ability to meet strict deadlines;
Analytical skills and attention to detail;
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment;
