Business Client Service Executive – Telecaller Entry-Level Role Location: Hyderabad Reports to: Clinic Manager/Operations Head Job Overview: The Entry-Level Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant is responsible for supporting the optimization of clinical operations within the skin and hair care clinic. The role involves analyzing existing processes, assisting with streamlining operations, and improving client experience through effective communication and process adjustments. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in clinical calling, preferably in the wellness or beauty industry, and a basic understanding of business operations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Support and Analysis:
  • Assist in analyzing and documenting current clinic operations, focusing on client interactions, appointment scheduling, and treatment workflows.
  • Identify areas of improvement in administrative and clinical processes under supervision.
  • Gather feedback from clients and clinic staff to contribute to process enhancement strategies.
  1. Client Communication and Support:
  • Handle clinical calling tasks, including client follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and answering general inquiries.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure smooth coordination of treatments and services.
  • Record and report client feedback to help identify service improvement opportunities.
  1. Process Documentation:
  • Help document standardized processes and procedures for front-desk operations, client intake, and treatment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of process changes and client interactions, ensuring alignment with clinic policies.
  1. Technology Utilization:
  • Assist with the implementation and use of clinic management software (e.g., CRM, appointment scheduling tools) to streamline operations.
  • Provide support in maintaining digital records and tracking clinic performance through available software tools.
  1. Client Experience Enhancement:
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving the overall client experience, including reducing wait times and enhancing communication.
  • Assist with coordinating services between departments (e.g., dermatology, cosmetology, and slimming therapy) to provide a seamless experience for clients.
  1. Process Improvement Implementation:
  • Work with senior team members to implement process improvement initiatives that enhance clinic efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist with tracking the impact of new processes and report on improvements.
  1. Compliance and Clinic Policies:
  • Ensure all client interactions and internal processes comply with clinic policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in staff training on updated processes and protocols as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in clinical calling or a customer service role, ideally within the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Basic understanding of business process management and clinic operations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and clinic management software is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client calls professionally.
  • Basic analytical skills for process evaluation and improvement.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation.
  • A proactive approach to learning and supporting process optimization efforts.
Work Hours:
  • Full-time (Clinic hours)
  • Flexibility to handle occasional weekend shifts, if required.
