What You'll Do:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Our Stories Lab, you will:

  • Campaign Management and Execution: Strategize and manage paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Perform recurring optimizations like bid management, budget pacing, and strategic testing to achieve the best results.
  • Reporting and Insights: Analyze performance data and create actionable reports. Continuously track key metrics like CTR, conversions, and ROI to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Optimization and Problem Solving: Conduct regular audits and make adjustments to improve campaign performance. Resolve issues promptly and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions for underperforming campaigns.
  • Growth Strategy and Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and designers to develop creative digital strategies. Contribute innovative ideas to media plans, experiments, and promotional campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders. Actively manage project timelines to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns.

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social and/or paid search campaigns (experience with Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads is a must)
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing digital campaign strategies, with a track record of delivering measurable results
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Google Ads or other social media platforms is a plus!
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is a bonus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
