Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and how they can be mapped to Odoo ERP functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure Odoo modules to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support and training. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and objectives. Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis.
- Odoo Configuration: Configure and customize Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR) to align with client requirements.
- Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support clients post-implementation to ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
- Testing: Conduct system testing to ensure solutions meet client requirements and perform as expected.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during and after implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Odoo and ERP technologies. Recommend improvements and optimizations to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 03+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP, including hands-on experience with various Odoo modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and other relevant technologies is a plus.
- Odoo certification is preferred.
