Get to know the division you could be joining As a Recruitment Consultant in the Risk and Compliance team you would be joining one of our thriving desks and specialise in recruiting across multiple industries in the BtoC and BtoB and Financial Services working alongside a well-networked Director with over 15 years experience in Sydney in this space. This is a well established recruitment environment with a client base for you to engage with from day one and a great career path. Your role as a Recruitment Consultant

1. Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls
2. Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
3. Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
4. Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
5. Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking

What We Are Looking For

1. Proven experience of working in agency recruitment
2. Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
3. Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
4. Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player
5. Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
