About the Role: Mrsool, a leading on-demand delivery service in the Middle East, is looking for a Non-Food Team Leader to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and guiding the Non-Food Account Management team, ensuring effective partnership management across retail, healthcare, and other non-food sectors. The Non-Food Team Leader will play a crucial role in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and achieving business growth objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the Non-Food Account Management team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with key partners in retail, healthcare, and other non-food sectors.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the team to analyze opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to increase revenue through effective account management practices.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency within the team by optimizing processes, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to drive overall business growth and ensure exceptional service delivery to partners.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high levels of motivation and engagement.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics within non-food sectors to provide strategic guidance and support to the team and partners.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in leadership or management are a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in team management, performance optimization, and achieving revenue targets. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions.
