As a GRC Director , you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigate risks and implement effective governance strategies. Experience in managing GRC functions in an IPO-listed company is essential.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive GRC strategy aligned with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of compliance programs, including risk management frameworks, internal controls, and policies.
  • Lead internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards & requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance matters related to governance, risk, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an effective risk management culture.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of compliance activities to senior management & the board.
  • Identify and assess risks, recommending appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a GRC  leadership role.
  • Proven experience in IPO-listed companies is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or equivalent .
  • Experience with enterprise risk management systems and compliance software .
  • Proficiency in developing compliance reports and presenting them to senior stakeholders.
