As a RTR Tax Technology Analyst, you will work closely with RTR Tax Functional Leads and RTR Tax SAP including team members from cross functional Product Groups. In this role, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world in the automation of tax determination.Here, you will make an impact by:Support and resolve Production TicketsExecute RTR Tax testing activities for weekly trusted change, monthly release, expedite change and SAP deploymentUpdate OneSource Tax Determination (Tax Engine) configuration as requiredManage simple request to check intercompany pricingManage the update of plastic tax related data to be updated in SAPManage the update and maintenance of FX ratesParticipate in ad-hoc activities (e.g. internal/external tax audit, production issues, new projects, etc.) as requested by RTR Tax Product OwnerTakes ownership and initiative of assigned tasksYour Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:A Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in accounting, finance, information technology or Tax from an accredited institutionMinimum 4 years of working with SAP in the areas of FI, SD, MM and Tax - Good to have either oneAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Basic knowledge of Global Indirect Tax, particularly Value Added Tax, Goods and Services Tax, etc. - MandatoryFamiliar with SAP master data config (e.g. material/vendor/customer/accounting objects, etc.) - Basic knowledge is requiredFamiliar with Agile and JIRA process - OptionalFamiliar with qTest testing approach - OptionalAbility to communicate well in written and spoken English - MandatoryExperienced working in OneSource Tax Determination (Tax Engine) is a plus - Optional PRB
