Scope of the role:Align Technology is looking for Salesforce Administrator to join its team in the frontier of the dental treatment market. You will join a growing IT team and will take part in the execution of fascinating, business-oriented, projects and programs.Main Responsibility and Activities:• Support ongoing release management of customized Salesforce-related solutions to ensurecontinuous improvement of critical business functions.• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless testing, deployment, and monitoring of Salesforce services.• Resolve deployment errors efficiently and maintain a smooth deployment workflow.• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the early detection of issues and proactive problem resolution.• Coordinate and collaborate with other team members and other groups to obtain and validate against multiple deployment plans, spin temporary branches, merge, deploy, revert, and back merge changes.• Support Agile deployment of iTero Scrum teams releases into test and production environments, while setting optimal flow procedures.• Take part in SFDC configurations and customizations as part of ongoing projects and enhancements.• Eagar to learn and apply industry best practices and share this knowledge with other teams through guidance, lectures, and workshops.• Own the Production Support backlog of iTero Enterprise team and work promptly to resolve those.• Support user creation and termination, permissions assignment, reporting and other directProduction changes.• Support the business with ongoing training needs.Education Qualification & Skills Required:• 1+ years of hands-on and support experience with Salesforce release Management throughAutomated Release Tools (Autorabit, Copado etc) and Source Control (GIT) in Salesforce-relateddevelopment environment.• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).• Proficiency with Git, including branching strategies, merging, and resolving conflicts.• Basic experience with core Salesforce features including user management, reporting, layouts etc.• SOQL and data amendment experience - Dataloader, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench or other• Possess the ability to work autonomously in a complex Global fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Fluent in English - a must.• Hold Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus• Ability to independently create a corporate network among multiple locations (local and remote).• Experience with CPQ tools is a plus.• Experience with JIRA or similar project-and-issue management tools is a plus.
