The Senior Software Security Tester will be responsible for test execution, software testing, quality assurance, and creating test cases. Day-to-day tasks include conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring the security of digital solutions.Responsibilities:Conduct security testing on software applications to identify vulnerabilities and security flaws.Develop and execute comprehensive security test plans and test cases.Perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and code reviews.Collaborate with development teams to integrate security testing into the software development lifecycle.Analyze security test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for remediation.Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.Participate in security incident response and investigations as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in security testing and quality assurance.Strong knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies (e.g., OWASP, SAST, DAST).Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus.
