Visit us at UST.com.We are looking to fill a strong DFT who has worked on:Experience: 4+ YearsEducation: Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Electronic EngineeringJob Location: Penang, Malaysia/ Bangalore, IndiaResponsibilities: Include all aspects of DFT including but not limited to Scan, ATPG, Simulation etc.Provide DFT support for engineers world-wide, assist with implementation of DFT flows and help debug issuesRecommend design modifications to improve tool usage and efficiency and improve test coverageWork as a member of a team to develop DFT flows and methodologiesEvaluate DFT related EDA/CAD toolsInterface with tool vendors to resolve tool and flow issuesDevelop and deliver tool and flow trainingTechnical SkillsGood understand DFT and Clock Architecture and DFT ConceptsHands-on Scan Insertions implementations, DRC Rules Analysis, Wrapper insertionsCompression(Codec) architecture and Compression Ratio Analysis,ATPG with different Fault models like SA, TD, Bridging, DRC rules Analyiss, Coverage ImprovementSimulations with No-Timing and TimingGood in Debugging Skills for All DFT modes Like Scan, Compression, ATPG and SimulationsGood knowledge in MBIST, JTAG and iJTAG, BSCANSynopsys/Mentor flow DFT ToolsWorking time: Mon-FriBenefit: Health insurance for familyContact Ms. Anna - WhatsApp: +84 935059669Email: anh.thivannguyen@ust.com PRB
