It provides a non-custodial indigenous identity wallet that is completely trustless and open source.Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Manager at , your role will involve overseeing the entire product lifecycle and driving the development of our web app, mobile app, and browser extension. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product strategy, gather requirements, priorities features, and ensure successful product delivery. Your responsibilities will include:Product Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to define the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with company's vision of making crypto safe and simple for all users.Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders, users, and market research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Translate these insights into clear product requirements and use cases.Product Planning and Prioritization: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, defining feature prioritization, milestones, and timelines. Ensure the roadmap aligns with business objectives, user needs, and technological feasibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, provide guidance, and ensure effective collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach, conduct user research, and gather feedback to continually improve the user experience. Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.Agile Development: Utilize Agile methodologies to drive iterative and incremental product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.Product Launch and Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies, coordinate product launches, and monitor user adoption and feedback to iterate and improve the product based on user insights.Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.Demonstrated success in driving product development, including experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and launching successful products in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of web and mobile app development technologiesand concepts, as well as experience working closely with engineering teams.Proven track record of championing user experience, conducting user research, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Excellent problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to think strategically to address complex product challenges.Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to diverse audiences.A keen interest and understanding of the cryptocurrency space, blockchain technology, and the challenges associated with non-custodial wallets.Overview of Skillset:Experience with Atlassian Suite like Jira, Confluence, and moreExperience using Figma, Notion, Bitbucket, Gitbook, and GithubWell-versed with tools/frameworks used in development.Advanced Understanding of Blockchain - deep understanding of decentralised computing, DLTs, decentralised application, protocols, etc.Managing an engineering team with all facets of development.
