The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Engineer will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and supporting the implementation of our SSE solution.QualificationsTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsAnalytical Skills for problem-solvingCustomer Support and Customer Service experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in device management and knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux is a plusExperience in network security tools is a plusKnowledge of solutions like Zscaler, Netskope, Sophos, Carbon black is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field PRB
