Job Description: Together Consulting is looking for an IT Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the operations of deployed hardware and installed systems at our company and arranging the IT solutions/programs required for smooth functioning. The relevant person will ensure:
Installation of Windows, software, and network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, and application support).
Maintenance of server, network, and desktop hardware and other peripherals, software, and applications.
Evaluation and recommendation of purchases of computers and network hardware.
Investigation of user problems, identification of causes, determination of possible solutions, testing, and implementation of solutions.
Compilation and maintenance of analysis reports of sales staff.
Assistance with all CCTV-related matters, printing, and processing dispatch on a weekly basis.
Other duties as assigned by management.
